The ministry of education is proposing to allow mobile phones and other gadgets in schools. Some parents and teachers don't like the idea. Guess what, resistance is futile. Sooner or later we have to face the fact that we are living in the era of ICT.
You can't beat them, join them. Look at the positive side, teachers can utilize those mobile phones to their advantage.
